Firstly, we thank you for visiting the Merida Brass Monkeys Winter Enduro Series. There is some great riding to be had along hopefully some great weather unlike Round 1 last Winter, less said the better we think!!
We start of the series off at the very popular heights of Parkhurst Hill and Ceasers Camp, which welcomed 100's of keen riders to the New Year Hangover - round 3 and the final of the Merida Brass Monkeys Enduro Series, which has turned out to be Round 1 for this series, to keep you interested. The 7-8 mile lap has nearly 1000ft of total ascent encouraging 'granny ring racing' but it will all be worth it for the great descents to follow.
Yes you’ll remember those climbs and we’re sure you will not forget those fast flowing descents and those spectacular views across surrey followed by lakeside a trip, not the shopping one!

On a closing note, sorry to say there were a lot of gel and energy bar wrappers littering all course’s throughout the series. We will not tolerate such littering at any of our events, just that mindless action is enough for the landowners to ban use of a venue along with other facilities which are provided by the MOD and we are sure you would be disappointed along with us not to ride or race on this exclusive land.
There is also a lot of wildlife including cattle on the training areas and you wouldn't want them eating your discarded wrappers with potential dire consequences? So please, put the empties in your pocket as you did take them out of your pocket, so take them home with you, or if you feel the need to discard them, attempt to aim them at the bins which will be provided strategically around the course. Thank you.
